02 - Roleplaying Rules

i. No God-modding, power-playing, etc. Only control your own character.

ii. We have a 100-word-minimum policy instilled, so try to be a bit literate. We aren't saying to write 8 paragraphs

iii. For each character you roleplay, you will need a different speech colour for each

iv. Please type with proper grammar and spelling, and in full sentences, not chatspeak. Regional differences in spelling (for example, spelling 'colour' with an 'u' in Australia) are fine, but nothing like:

rose lookd at da ship ovrhed "wow dats AMAZINGGGGGG!!111!!! she smiled @ da sky hapily!!11!!

(Wow, that was painful to write.)

v. Refrain from creating Mary-Sues, if you are making an OC. We WILL NOT accept character forms that we consider to be Sues, and we will help provide tips on improving your characters. Keep in mind, we'll only really step in if it's very extreme.

vi. All characters, canon or otherwise, need to come from an established fictional universe. You can create a Supernatural OC, for example, but not an OC who comes from, say, your original novel.

vii. No doubling up on canon characters. Check the roster to see who's already been taken.
